Island Watch is a secluded Bed & Breakfast in the heart of Mount Desert Island, an all-season vacationland. We are conveniently located in a village on the "quiet side" of the island, an easy drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The views are spectacular from any of our several large decks. Sit and relax in the quiet splendor of the Maine woods while enjoying the panoramic beauty of the mountains and harbor. A bird watchers paradise!

Wake to the rising sun over Cadillac Mountain and the majestic sea at this island retreat. Many of our guest rooms enjoy expansive views. The guests' glassed living room, flower room and open decks have unobstructed views of mountains, ocean, the inner harbor yachting and fishing fleet, the star-lit sky above the twinkling village lights below.

The splendor of Acadia offers abundant wildlife and a myriad of activities. Select your style of fun from sailing and sea kayaking, whale watching, and deep sea fishing, mountain climbing, scuba diving, bicycling or casual strolls.
